This book should be in the top 5 books listed in response to any search for information on EMF toxicity and electrosensitivity. Ms. Martino very clearly and effectively explains the properties of shungite as well as the research and testing that has been done to discover its potential health benefits. I have never found any other mineral, stone or manmade product that so successfully eliminates the harmful effects and extreme pain that I have experienced when exposed to Wi-Fi and cell phone radiation. The forms of shungite which I have tried so far have already improved my sleep, mental clarity, energy level and pain elimination, and I look forward to trying several additional uses which are described to improve my overall health and lessen my sensitivity. I am shocked that this book was never recommended to me by Amazon based on my past searches, items viewed and items purchased. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Great book. Extremely informative. Don't trust the internet articles- read this to get the real scoop on shungite. Other sites mention shungite gets "old" when filtering water but not according to this book. All shungite can be recharged in the sun.
Fascinating read. I have a couple of autoimmune diseases and am very sensitive to electromagnetic waves emitted from cell phones, computers and cordless phone bases. Nothing major, but it definitely throws me out of balance and makes me feel jittery so I can't sleep at night unless I shut everything down. This rare stone, shungite, supposedly counteracts the negative effects of EM waves on the body, without taking on a negative ion charge. The stones are found in only a single mine in northern Russia, and have been used for health by the Russians going back to Peter the Great. The book cites several Russian studies on the health benefits of shungite. Despite this, people outside of Russia remain skeptical. I'm willing to give it a try. The book lists online resources where you can buy shungite to wear and place near your electronic devices for protection from EM waves. You can also buy shungite products on Amazon that are reasonably priced. I figure I've got nothing to lose, so why not? I just wish that more scientific studies on this unique stone were conducted and written in English.
I am sensitive to EMF health effects. Sometimes I am forced to sit in a conference room at work surrounded by 20 people with active cell phones AND active wifi laptops. I leave work with a splitting headache and drained energy. I've tried a half dozen different approaches to protecting myself and nothing works better than shungite. This is the best book out there explaining it and providing specific recommendations. I was particularly impressed with the information on field effects, size and shape choices, and water purification.
super informative, the metaphysical aspect is quite cool also. would recommend to anyone trying to figure out what the stone is and its amazing potential for practical use against harmful frequencies and radiation.

The book contains all the necessary elements to understand shungite and how to protect humanity and earth from the mortal advances of technology.
Some topics can be a little too in depth if you're not highly knowledgeable about crystals and drives, but most of the book is very accessible to anyone and I loved learning all the scientific studies behind the claims the author made! That's often so lacking in other similar books within this genre. I highly recommend it!
