She covers everything from building a compliance program to creating impact assessments, conducting security audits on existing systems and protocols, to training and communication. This book is a veritable "how to" manual for every school system. Student data privacy concerns can be a very scary topic to approach, it can feel overwhelming because of all of the factors that need to be considered. Linnette Attai has made it easier for schools to find their way through the maze of conflicting and confusing student data privacy information. She shows school systems the way to arrive at a much better destination where privacy isn't some lofty unattainable goal, but a standardized way of proceeding.
