Susyn’s Heart Healing book shined a bright light for me on the power of forgiveness to heal the wounds of the past and present. I distinguished that by forgiving myself, I can practice self-compassion, which is so important for my anxious mind and well-being. The book helped me to understand that through forgiveness, we can release anger, hurt, shame, guilt and all the negative emotions that may be keeping us from reaching our fullest potential. I loved the stories Susyn used throughout the book, especially her own, to help illustrate the concepts.
