I have read the previous Jack Forge series and loved it so of course I jumped on this. This book is just as exciting and adventurous as the books before. I hope this one continue like the others. Takes you to new worlds and new aliens, great way to take a mini escape from reality.
It has been a while since the last Jack Forge story but this one was well worth the wait. Lots of action and a good story too. Keep them coming!
Loved the whole Jack Forge series which one should read before this book. This book continues Jack's adventures in space. Loved it.
Another great book in the Forge Series. New problems, new enemies, new battlefield. Forge learning to fight new ways and Sam at his side.
A good story with believable characters and good plot development. Engaging which has me looking forward to the next book.
Full disclosure, I received a free copy for review.Having read the previous series, I had high hopes for this book and feel that they were met. The plot was well thought out and the characters are solid. You don't need to have read the other books, but it does give you the background to the story. Go ahead and give yourself the pleasure of this great universe.
A great first book in this new series with Jack Forge. The details of the alien beings hat they come across are so great that I had no problem imagining their appearances. I loved the first series and am already loving this one. I stayed up way too late last night because I couldn't go to sleep until I knew how it ended. Can't wait for the next one.
Having read the original series of Jack Forge I could not wait to get my hands on this one, I have not been disappointed. It is a very hard book to put down, the only problem is that now I've finished this book how long do I have to wait for the second book? Keep up the good work David, at least now I have a chance to read some of your other books that are sitting in my library waiting for me to get around to.
