Wow -- the photos are amazing ... have yet to try any recipes but I certainly will this summer. Glad I purchased it.

This is a really cool book. Whether or not you actually try the recipes or just read it, it refreshes the soul and brings virtual spring to where ever you are and whatever it is doing outside.

Needed more local seafood favorites recipe's.. It was great in terms of pricey establishments.. Speaking for myself, how does Kens, or the Clambake prepare their clam cakes, or better yet, the batter for fried clams..
